Withdrawal
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to receiving immediate access to the recording and you acknowledge that, once access or download has begun, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This follows EU law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)) and Polish law (Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014, art. 38(13)).
So, are purchases refundable?
Because access is immediate, digital recordings are generally non-refundable once you have accessed or downloaded them.
When we will always help
If something is genuinely wrong — a file will not download or play, the recording is corrupted, or you were charged incorrectly or twice — contact us at hello@sacredforest.store and we will fix it or issue a refund. Your statutory rights for digital content that does not conform with the contract (EU Directive 2019/770 and the Polish Act on Consumer Rights) are not limited in time by this policy and remain fully intact.
