1. Who we are

"We", "us", "Sacred Forest Digital". By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. What we sell

We sell digital sound recordings (audio files) for relaxation and rest. A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream and download the recording for your own private listening and for use within your own wellness practice. You may not resell, redistribute, copy for others, share the files, upload them elsewhere, or use them in broadcasts or other commercial distribution. For broader licensing, contact us.

3. Your account

You need an account to buy and access recordings. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include any applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Your purchase is confirmed once payment is completed.

5. Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate. After purchase, the recording appears in your library, where you can stream it or download it.

6. Right of withdrawal (digital content)

Because our products are digital content delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m); Polish Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014, art. 38(13)). 7. Refunds

Digital recordings are generally non-refundable once access has begun. We will help if something is technically wrong — see the Refunds page.

8. Intellectual property

All recordings, text, images and the Sacred Forest® name and logo are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Your licence does not transfer any ownership.

9. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass payment or access controls, redistribute the files, or use the site unlawfully.

10. Wellness note

Our recordings are made to support relaxation, calm and rest. They are not medical or therapeutic services and are not a substitute for professional care. If you have a health concern, please consult a qualified professional. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery.

11. Liability

The service and recordings are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights or our liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use means you accept the current version.
